Power to X Demonstration System
Fanne Technology has independently developed the world’s first green electricity–coupled plasma catalytic reactor demonstration system for Power-to-X applications. By integrating renewable power generation, plasma reaction modules, and a fully automated control platform, the system enables efficient conversion of green electricity into high-value gaseous fuels. It offers automated operation covering gas supply, plasma discharge, reaction control, and process monitoring, with strong continuous-operation capability and clear scale-up potential.
At present, the system has a processing capacity of 5 L/min, and the catalyst has demonstrated stable operation for over 2000 hours. In CO2 methanation, it achieves over 80% CO2 conversion and more than 99% CH4 selectivity, demonstrating excellent reaction efficiency, product selectivity, and system stability. As a flagship demonstration system developed by Fanne Technology, this prototype verifies the feasibility of renewable-electricity-driven plasma catalysis for high-value carbon utilization, and provides a leading demonstration solution for green power utilization, carbon recycling, and distributed energy systems.
